Data Deletion

Disconnect an account

To stop Marketing Monster from accessing a Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Search Console account, go to Settings → Accounts and disconnect it. This immediately revokes our stored access token and stops any further data collection from that account.

Delete your stored data

To have all data associated with your account or organization permanently deleted from Marketing Monster — connected account tokens, synced performance data, and reports — email zemliana.work@gmail.com from the email address on your account, stating which organization or account to delete. We'll confirm once it's done, normally within 5 business days.

Revoking access directly from Meta or Google

You can also revoke Marketing Monster's access at any time directly from the platform itself, independent of us:

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove Marketing Monster.
• Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove Marketing Monster's access.

Revoking access this way stops us from being able to fetch new data, but any data already synced stays in our database until you request deletion via the email above.
